Step 1 — Start with clean, dry skin

Wash your face to remove makeup, oils, or leftover skincare. Clean skin ensures the LED wavelengths can work effectively.

Step 2 — Power on & choose your settings

Press the power button, then select your preferred wavelength and treatment time based on your skin goals.

Step 3 — Optional hydration boost

For a spa-like steaming effect, add:

• 50 ml of distilled water into each side of the dome
• 3–5 drops of the included serum into each side

This enhances hydration and absorption during your LED session.

Step 4 — Eye protection

Put on your included protective goggles before you begin.

Step 5 — Relax and enjoy your treatment

Sit comfortably under the dome and let the LEDs work.

Recommended session time: 10–20 minutes

Recommended frequency: 3–5 times per week for best results.

Resume your normal skincare routine (serums, moisturiser).

Always apply sunscreen during the day.

No downtime needed, your skin may look naturally glowy after treatment.

Red Light (630nm)
